A platonic ideal of washed coffee: high clarity, balance, fruity notes, controlled sweetness, florality and an extremely clean cup.
We chose this coffee as Ultraviolet's second single-origin offering to set the precedent for what kind of coffees we want to highlight. We want to destigmatize "coffee-flavored" coffees, and appreciate them as the product of incredible effort and dedication.
