Barista Championships Course (In-Person)

This is a course especially aimed at people who want to compete in Barista Championships according to the WBC regulations. It seeks to transmit the knowledge and skills necessary to put together the best championship routine possible. It covers sensorial and technical aspects of the evaluation.

The content is divided into 4 sessions, focusing on (1) Presentation and Concept, (2) Espresso, (3) Milk Drink, and (4) Signature Drink. Written and audiovisual material will be provided, in addition to preparing drinks and reviewing routines from other competitors.

In-person modality; 4 sessions of 2 hours spread over 2 days.
It is recommended to haveprevious knowledge before taking this course.
