Sensory Description

Notes of candied apple, honey, preserved lychee, grapefruit peel, toasted almond. Light and persistent aftertaste of cardamom.

Medium acidity, medium-high sweetness and medium-low bitterness.

Medium-light body and silky texture.

These coffees were purchased directly from Manantial Coffee & Mitaca Café respectively, who imported them to Chili.

150 gram format.

We recommend resting the coffee for at least 20 days from the roast date for best results.
