In this workshop, we will focus specifically on coffee cupping and evaluation, with all the considerations that roasters and buyers of green coffee have. We will check on a cupping table for the presence of defects, the assessment of attributes, and also the score that each coffee should receive.

Workshop led by the National Champion of Tasters and Q Grader , Fernanda Vila .

Aimed at roasters, baristas and all kinds of people who want to understand and know how to apply evaluation and scoring systems with high rigor. This workshop requires previous knowledge, or having previously taken the Sensory Analysis Workshop .
