Roasting Workshop

Aimed at all those who want to understand the terms roasters use —and when they are selling you the ointment—, and identify their favorite roast. This course aims to explain in more or less simple terms what happens during roasting. That process shrouded in mysticism and secrecy; but presented in a concrete way.

This course explores the different stages of roasting, as they are currently understood and discussed by the most eminent figures in the coffee industry. It is not a course to learn how to roast, but rather a guide to generating a common language and understanding about the coffee you love most.

No prior knowledge is required to take this course.
